Here are some instructions to follow: 1. Be cautious when opening the big, tall monarch butterfly tents. After removing the elastic strap from around the circle, the cube cage can unexpectedly pop open, so ensure that you have ample space and no breakable objects nearby. 2. When you open the net cage, you may notice creases on the PVC side due to folding. Remove the creases quickly by blow-drying the PVC with a hairdryer for approximately 5 minutes or by placing the PVC in the warm sun to relax the wrinkles. 3. Always remember to close the cage door so that the zippers meet at the top center. This allows you to unzip the other side if a caterpillar is present on one side of the zipper. 4. In the event of a disease outbreak or at the end of the season, clean the mesh cage by soaking it in a 5% bleach solution (19 parts water to 1 part bleach) for around 20 minutes. You can soak the cage in a tub or laundry tub. 5. Rinse your butterfly garden with water and let it dry in the sun. Hang it on a clothesline or place a rock on the floor to prevent it from blowing away. 6. When folding the cage for storage, place your hands on the opposite upper corners and press one corner to fold the cage flat. 7. Store the cage flat in a closet, under the bed, behind a couch, etc. The package also includes a quick start guide manual for raising butterflies.
